COURSE TRANSFER Request

Before you transfer to another course..

Students can apply to transfer courses up to the Friday of Week 1 each Trimester. Any applications received after this date will be processed ahead of the following trimester.

You may not be eligible to receive credit in your new course for all units completed to date. As part of the course transfer process, this will be assessed and applied if appropriate. You will receive an email once your course transfer has been processed which will outline which units you have received credit for.

Please note that ACAP does not automatically guarantee transfer of course.

We may consider applications for a change in a course if:
  • All pre-requisites or additional selection criteria for a particular course have been satisfied; and
  • There is a place available in the particular course and that the College has the resources to support a transfer.

Consider that any student placements already completed may not count towards your new course. Please check the specific course page on the ACAP website for further information on placement or talk to the Placement team.
