Complete this form in full (all sections are mandatory), attach any required supportive documentation and submit the form electronically.

Some units require additional documentation. 

Do not enrol in any unit you are applying for Credit in - these applications will be automatically cancelled.

Applications must be finalised prior to enrolment into the unit(s) under consideration.

Please note all credit applications must be submitted 3 weeks prior to your desired trimester commencement.

If credit is granted for international students we will need to be notify the relevant government authorities and this may mean that your student visa is affected. We will inform you of the impact on the maximum enrolment period and its implications when the outcome of the application is determined.

Credit can only be granted for learning at the same level, for example credit for a unit in a Masters degree would not be approved if the previous learning was in a Bachelors degree.

To proceed with your application, you must be unenrolled from the unit you are seeking credit for. Applications will not be assessed if you are currently enrolled in the unit.
Note: It is recommended submitting your application at least 10 business days before the census date to avoid any potential financial penalties if credit is granted. Applications submitted less than 10 business days before census or after the census date may not be eligible for fee exemptions.

Credit for formal and non-formal learning can only be granted if the learning was undertaken in the past 10 years.
